Had all you can eat shrimp. Plate came with a lot of shrimp on it. Didn't have room to even order portion of shrimp.

Anything fried here is super greasy and the wood grilled items always come out dry. Now if I have a work lunch here, I only order the shrimp tacos, which have a good flavor and the dry shrimp is countered by a good sauce.

Food was great, would highly recommend the serf and terf trio, those cheddar bay biscuits though, and beat the dinner rush, order take out online.

Decent, but I go for the "All you can eat shrimp" meal, which usually turns into the "All you can WAIT for shrimp" show... sometimes 15-20 minute waits for like 6 teeny shrimp. 🤨 good tasting, if you have all day to sit around.Update: Went last night, server was better than usual with shrimp refills. Girlfriend had to ask 3 times for her new tea bags, but still decent speed. Bumping to 4☆, if they added a little more variety of shrimp and the mashed potatoes weren't ice cold could be a potential 5☆.

What can I say... it’s Red Lobster!Service was superb, food was delicious, serving size was adequate, price was in line with expectations for seafood in Iowa. Plan to spend about $30 per person for anything with lobster. Overall a really good experience.

My wife and I split the pick 4 and ordered an extra side. I had the coconut shrimp and Walt's fried shrimp and had 8 good sized pieces of shrimp of each type. Along with the salad and loaded baked potato, was very full at the end. Waitress and staff were courteous and manager stopped by to see if all was okay. Not as busy as I thought for a Friday night. Used the app to reserve in advance but didn't need it, no wait time at 6:45.

Only so so today, lobster bisque was cold and tasted funny, asparagus was not good either. We were told the soup would be subtracted from our bill but it wasn't. Everything else was fine but this is the first time we have had this kind of experience at red lobster

Good food good service. Went with a group of 7 and service was prompt but not obnoxious, we all got what and how we ordered it. I just wish they would have Dungeness crab all the time... it's my favorite.

Great service and great food! Hadn't been here for quite a few years and I was not disappointed. Look forward to eating more seafood here again in the future. The price wasn't too bad either.

Eat at Red Lobster about once a week. Food excellent. Only once was my Lobster burnt, but I still managed to eat it. lol

Best meal I've had at Red Lobster in a while. Staff was very friendly and kept our drinks filled very well for us having such a large party there. I would definitely return. That being said it's about 2 hours away and there are three or four red lobsters that are closer. But this one was by far the best that I have been too.

Always go for the crab legs. Went sunday 11/3/19. A little busy but got right in. Food was great. Wish they had a way to keep the butter warm. Great server. They were always keeping busy without ignoring you. The manager was out helping also. Overall a good meal and service. Will be back when i can

Came for the endless shrimp and it was the best experience I've ever had. The food was amazing and tasted great. The options were great too. Healthy choices and tons of flavor. The service from Hunter was the best I've ever experienced here and I've been coming here for years. Glad I came here. If you haven't tried the endless shrimp your missing out.

Love it, as always. But there was a doushbag family of 4 eating the all you can eat shrimp that complained it took to long between servings. I am a 6'3" 285 pound man and commented that if they got one more serving I would pay their bill. They were at the table eating when we were sat down and were there when we left. They called the manager to complain it was 18 minutes between servings and she more than likely discounted their food. I wish she hadn't. We were a table of 6 and our bill was 200 and we gladly paid with as normal.people do. The other table was well aware of me thinking that their antics were uncalled for. They clearly came in for a free meal. Please make sure that the manager is not reprimanded for her action as I am sure it is your policy to keep the customer satisfied. This happened on Sept 7 at approx 630 pm. Thanks. Have a great day.

We had a party of eight. They gave us two servers. Service was wonderful. Brought our food fast. They were a little slow on drinks. We had a very nice meal. Endless shrimp was great, and everything that was promised.

Online I see a lot of complaining about chain restaurants. I am not that guy. I enjoy the hole in the wall greasy spoon as much as the next person but there is something comforting about the consistency of a good chain joint. I will stress this point: I have never had an even remotely bad experience at this RL even when it was located in CF back in the day. The only knock I have on RL in general is I feel they are a bit too pricey for their less exotic fare. Also, bring me two kinds of shrimp when I refill during the Endless Shrimp for cryin' out loud. Cheddar Bay biscuits are amazing as you would expect. They always have top notch servers here.

This is our "go to" place when we come to Waterloo. Service is always good. Staff are always helpful and accomodating. A little pricey, but the food quality makes it worth it. Our server was really friendly and enthusiastic.

We had a great time here for dinner. Hostess was very kind to find a booth to appease my children despite the large crowd already seated. Our server, Dan, was spectacular. My children felt like royalty. He was witty, kind and flawless. The restaurant in general was very clean and the food was predictably flavorful and generous. My son, not being a seafood efficianado, had steak which he reports was "Amazing!"

My first time trying it and I wasn't dissapointed at all.Their dinner rolls are on point, staff was friendly except couple but who knows they might be having a bad day probably. Overall I really liked and definitely going there again.
